I have to say it feels GREAT to be doing a few photo sessions again! I posted a few months ago about my daughter Emily and her battle with leukemia. I’ll post more about that later but I am ecstatic to report that she has been in remission since May!
I’ve been photographing here and there over the past few months. I recently had the pleasure of photographing Dakota — a 2013 high school senior. He likes the outdoors so we headed to Black Moshannon State Park for his photos. Here is a sneak peek of the session!
I love creating cards and announcements for my clients. I think this is one of my favorite senior invitations ever! Cards and announcements can be ordered with different shapes. They can be ornate shaped (such as the one below), square, circle, scalloped, etc. Different paper textures are also available. My favorite card season is quickly coming up…Christmas! I’ll be announcing mini sessions that include Christmas cards soon!

I was worried it would start raining any minute but luckily the rain held off until the last 10 minutes of the shoot! Cloudy days are a great time to photograph because I don’t have to deal with the harsh sun which causes lots of squinting and strange shadows! We had a beautiful location for photos right near Rachael’s home! She was a natural in front of the camera…I’m having a hard time choosing my favorite photos from the day! Here is a peek:
